Our client, a multinational FMCG company is seeking to hire qualified and highly motivated individual to take up the role of a Sales Director.

The role will be responsible for sales strategy and entire sales team. In addition to this, ensuring that the company’s volume, value, and distribution targets are delivered within budget. This position will be a part of Leadership Team and fully commit to achieve Company’s’ overall targets. He / She will execute on operational plans and deliver high-profile project.


  • Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand
  • Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
  • Ensure the implementation of the organization HSE policy and objectives.
  • Good understanding of route to market strategies and ability to deploy same.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or its’ equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5-10years’ experience in in the sales function with about 3years in similar role.
  • In-depth territorial and sectorial knowledge (Biscuit)
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Significant experience in FMCG environment
