Responsibilities
•Carrying out marketing research to keep up to date with customer trends, predict future trends as well as analyze competitor performance and market trends to provide recommendations for brand. Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to build brand love and credibility of brand.
• Continuously monitor market trends while keeping a close eye on competitive products
• Responsible for overseeing consistency in design across ATL/BTL /Campaigns.
• Use customer and trend research to create strategies that will change how people perceive the brand.
• Responsible for cross functional alignment on innovation pipeline and marketing campaigns
• Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
• Track marketing parameters such as pricing, awareness, and brand optimization.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•BSc/BA in business, marketing or related field.
•6+ years marketing and Brand managing experience .
• An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
