Position: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are currently recruiting a FP & A Manger role for a leading multinational in the FMCG Industry.
Responsibilities:
∙Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will support the Finance Director to ensure effective
management of the P/L, working capital and Capital expenditure.
∙Delivery of high quality, accurate and insightful financial reporting of the client’s short-term
results and longer-term plans, providing in-depth financial planning and analysis.
∙Coordinate, manage and maintain the budget, reporting and financial forecasting processes.
∙A highly numerate, commercially curious person who is comfortable with ambiguity. This
individual will be confident and resilient, able, and happy to challenge and influence across
functions and levels, and with excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and
written).
Requirement
∙Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
∙BSc/B-TECH/ HND
∙Master’s Degree/MBA
∙Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in multinational FMCG Company.
∙At least 3 years’ experience with one of the big 4 accounting firms will be an advantage.
∙Must have experience of working with stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
∙A track record of improving processes, systems and ways of working
